The pool was out of order. The ice machine was out of order. On our last day the elevator was out of order. No black tea options at breakfast. Pastries not great.

The location, room size, sofa and accompanying corner and overhead lamp, extra electrical outlets were all superb. It was also quiet.

The continental breakfast experience was disappointing lacking hot food items. The linen and towels could be larger and thicker.
Positives:
The rooms were very clean. I appreciate a hardwood/ laminate flooring in rooms. The staff was very professional as well. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it for a day as I was planning to checkout and stay somewhere else.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Didn't have breakfast.
Negatives:
Location was sketchy. Room needed updated. Hotel was extremely loud all night long. Door lock broken off. Light came in room all around entry door and door to connecting room. We were put in an accessible room we didn't need so had bare floor no carpet. Bed was comfy but couldn't sleep due to light coming in, noise, and broken lock. Could be a nice place.
