Breakfast was fantastic and the ambiance of the room was romantic.

No pool access thou the internet stated the pool was actively functioning.
Internet also stated a sauna came with my $20 upgrade but since I did not screenshot it I had no proof.

Why wasn’t I informed there was a cut off time for the hot tub and Bluetooth everything cut off at 12am and since we didn’t get from dinner late we didn’t have much time to enjoy the hot tub.

Decent Hotel and good location. Close to downtown. Room size was nice. Staff was very friendly other than breakfast.
Negatives:
Requested adjoining rooms right after reservation was made. When we checked in were told they weren't available. Early end to breakfast for a weekend and they rushed to put it away even with guests trying to get their food.

The breakfast was not good. I expected a nicer breakfast than a best western but it was low tier because they didn’t have scrambled eggs or fruit etc. also when I arrived I thought the pool would be open. Room was super cold until it finally warmed up around 12am

Breakfast , we came at the begining of the last hour and no fruit left, no butter , snacks all gone. Muffins and bagels almost all gone. Coffee empty. No one came to check to see if we needed anything.
