Pool closed ice machine didn’t work and it wasn’t disclosed till our second day there. Knowing that ahead of time we would of booked a different hotel No it wasn’t in the fine print at first because I looked for the $50 hold fee info but I let that slide I didn’t even mention it we noticed the fine print was changed after we called to inquire!

The hotel is recently updated so it is in good condition. The room is spacious, reasonably well appointed. The physical location was ideal for visiting with family in the area.
Negatives:
The neighborhood around the hotel is uninviting. The area is surrounded by highways, and industrial complexes. It does not feel safe.
The elevator is dreadfully slow - and I believe there is only one available for guest use. This is inadequate considering the number of floors and rooms.

We loved the lounge area when we stepped off the elevator on the 3rd floor. It was so fun! The beds were super comfy. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Friendly staff! We were able to Uber to the concert venue easily.
Negatives:
Breakfast was lacking and not restocked. Items put away before scheduled close. The room needs better lighting or makeup mirrors in the bathrooms.

Negatives:
Paid for and booked a whirlpool room for my back issues. Whirlpool was not operable. Notified front desk and they could not get it fixed. I was advised that manager was out but a message would be given to them. When I checked out I inquired again and was given an email address to contact the manager. I have now sent 2 messages and received no response. Very disappointed.
