Negatives: We booked thru booking .com a room with king size bed and full size bed. Had the exact confirmation on my phone. Front desk clerk refused to look at it. He gave gave us two room key cards and sent us up to a very tiny room with ONE king size bed FOR 3 PEOPLE. CLEARLY NOT WHAT WE BOOKED!!! when I complained he sent us to room with two full size beds very sm. Rooms were way to small. Bathroom fan did not work. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The lighting was very poor, and half the outlets did not work. The night manager who checked us in was very rude to us.. made the comment .. I guess things are not going ur way"
