Positives:
I originally picked this hotel for my daughters birthday I called before I booked the lady proceeded to say they have complimentary breakfast , a heated pool & a bar that close a midnight .
Negatives:
They absolutely had nothing no heated pool my kids stayed for 15min if that , food wasnt complimentary but expensive asf $20 for adults $15 for kids food looked like overcooked bs the bar was due to close at 12midnight & they closed at 9:45/10

Convenient and the mall was connected which was something to do.

The pool was closed the whole time except when they had gotten so many complaints they finally opened it for 2 hours. *Tons* of kids there that could have been occupied longer.

The hotel staff was pleasant, the room was clean, and it was quiet. The hotel restaurant serves great food...fresh and hot! Restaurant staff was very nice too and paid attention.
Negatives:
Slow in responding. I asked for space to share a 20 minute video. I didn't need to pay for another room. Didn't get an answer until I arrived. I had trouble pulling up the video on YouTube,on TV, and asked for help. Technician never came. Got it, finally
