Positives: My husband and I always try to stay here for our Red Wings games because we love the morning staff. The chefs, breakfast area clean-up, and front desk staff are amazing and friendly.

Negatives: There is never trash bags in the trash cans.

Positives: Elevators move exceptionally slow and one was down. The bathroom floors were not clean. The couch cushions were broken down. All of the staff were not friendly/inviting. Not what I expected for a 4 star rated hotel.

Positives: The rooms were very clean . The beds were comfortable and clean. The king suite had a comfy couch . Plenty of space and in good repair.

Negatives: The room was a bit musty when we first arrived . There were only 2 towels . The led light bulbs are too bright and didnt give ambiance to the rooms .

We were there for medical and staff was knowledgeable and Hite was well staffed.
