When entering my original room at 1am.... it was dirty so we went to customer service to let them know. They apologized, and changed our room to a new one. On entering the new room 518, the door was already opened, unsecured, and the frig was being defrosed by a blow drying.... causing a puddle of water to be in the floor. It was already 1am so we decided to just deal with it later that morning. We were promised a free nights stay and a late check out. Instead we were told to call corporate. This is unacceptable! I will be calling the corporate officw and letting everyone know that Embassy suites has lost its touch and warning them not to spend thwir money with you all.
