Positives: The staff at Hyatt Place Detroit/Livonia is truly its greatest asset. Annette went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, allowing us to check in earlier than scheduled. I am very grateful for her exceptional service.

Negatives: I couldn't sleep until the early hours of the morning because there was a terrible smell throughout the night, which I believe was due to people smoking. That was quite disappointing.
