Negatives: I got there at 3 pm coming all the way from Columbus Ohio,I drove hours just to get there and was told my room wasn’t ready for another 40mins. Left to get food with my kids for about an hour l, called to see if the from was ready and was then told it still wasn’t ready they needed to after 5pm. Big inconvenience had to scramble to find another room that allowed pets which wasn’t successful and because of that I cut my trip short.

Positives: Cleanliness of rooms, room size, and modern rooms.

Negatives: The entrance and elevator was dirty, trash on the floor. The receptionist was on break continueously. Someone had to continue to get her from the break room to great guest, including myself who needed to check in. Guest were waiting in line for towels and directions on how to purchase snacks
