The staff was pleasant and the location was great for our visit. It was good value wise - nothing fancy. I just needed a secure place close the attractions we were visiting to sleep and this place fit the bill.
Negatives:
The towels had hair folded in them - 3 out of 4 of the bathroom towels. The staff wasn’t super informative and never told me where my room was or where the grab and go breakfast was. I get that normally you’d just ask but my social anxiety said no. I figured out where my room was and just bought food at a grocery store for breakfast. The floors were kind of stained up too.

It is hard to put into words but the place can be described as a dungeon!. The hallways are smelly. The bathroom is from Frankenstein's era! Pets are allowed in this hotel and the place is fit for animals not humans!.

Clean. Comfortable. Great location with easy freeway access. No glitches in my 5-night stay.
Negatives:
The bell cart was broken, so it was kind of a chore to use, but manageable. Recreational marijuana is legal in Michigan, so the parking lot and area outside the entrance smelled like pot pretty much all the time.
