The fact the pool was closed and NOT ONE sign or any notification that it was. Got my grandbabies down and in then after 10 mins someone told us. Was quite upset that I had to take them out.

It was a nice stay.
Positives:
I loved the young black lady that ran the kitchen. Her smile and attitude made breakfast worth looking forward to. Jason, the older black guy that hung around the kitchen every morning was nice also.
Negatives:
The rooms need to be dusted. The ceiling fans and vents were full of dust.
Also, we weren't aware that we had to take out the trash. We had trash running over in the kitchen and didn't empty it until the morning we left.

The apartment like rooms. It was very roomy.
Negatives:
The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom was pulled from the wall. The carpet needed cleaning . And the kitchen needed cleaning also. We ask for towels the next day and didn’t receive none. However they came and fixed the shower curtain.

The location met my expectations. That is about it.
Negatives:
There was no toilet paper in my room, dirty dishes in the cupboards, no silverware, no towels, and no coffee. The tub had dirt and hair in it along with no shampoo or soap. Couldn't use the shower in the morning, that was the icing on a really bad cake. Pretty much the only thing it had was clean sheets.

One morning breakfast was over an hour late and no coffee. The eggs were digusting. I NEVER waste food. That day I could not eat the food . It was horrible. My husband couldn?t eat it either. The next morning the breakfast staff didn?t even show up .

Constant noise because the room is right on the freeway, the sliding door didn't close right, upstairs room was noisy and had a dog barking all night, staff on checkout was rude, horrible water pressure, just a bad overall experience.

I booked in advance and selected the pay now option for the lower rate. I was never charged until check-in and they charged me the higher rate - about $100 more.
Minimal dishes in the suite, so wasn't really able to utilize that benefit.
