Quality Inn Marshall near I-69

Negatives: The room the bedding had holes it in so did my towel was only allowed 1 towel per person the bathroom was not cleaned very well

Negatives: The bathtub though clean, did not drain.

Negatives: water from sink was very cloudy in a cup... took 5 minutes to turn clear. was afraid to drink it when trying to take a pill. No clean water available. Had to pay $1.50 from vending machine for bottled water/

Negatives: Breakfast was the same everyday. The biscuits were very hard and probably leftover from the previous breakfast. Syrup tasted stale. Bed sheets were ripped and clearly worn out, room smelled of chemicals, and instead of carpet, carpet tiles were used. Doesn’t look like the rooms nor building had been updated since the 80’s. The staff wore civilian clothes and slippers so you couldn’t tell who worked there. Throughout our stay we were given only the room towels as they could not give out any more stating “customers are stealing our towels” the outer appearance needs immediate attention as we saw a lot of empty beer cans and cigarette buds throughout the property. The landscaping needed attention. The beds were old and springs worn, pillows were very small and not comfortable. Whoever is running the establishments clearly is trying to save money by cutting corners anyway they can but by not investing in the creature comforts of what they offer it’s just a matter of time till someone shuts this place down. This was money NOT well spent and I’m going to actually ask for a refund from your office.

Negatives: Outside appearance was terrible. Weeds growing in pavement, along sidewalks. Flower beds, if thats what you call them, were more weeds. Pulling into the place and seeing all this doesn't intice you to stay.

Negatives: Exterior cleanliness could be slightly better but not bad at all

Negatives: The back parking lot has 3 flood lights but only one of them worked and that was on the end.And the door that went out to that parking lot was suppose to require a key card to get in but you didn't have to just pull the handle.And it flooded after it rained so you walk thru 2 inches of water to get in your car.The room doesn't have very good lights and it has a broken cover on one of the outlets which is a fire waiting to happen.And it didn't have enough outlets because after they plug in all of their things you're left with only three for you to use.And the bed was hard and the pillows flat.So I won't stay there again it wasn't worth the $300 dollars I paid for two nights.
