Negatives: The pool areas had food all over it. Signs stating no one under 14 in the hot tub but was full of small children. Large toys and kids gear left all over the pool area. Hot tub was freezing.

Negatives: After paying for our room we got there to check in and was told I had to pay and extra $100 deposit. This deposit wasn’t in any of my booking information I double checked. If you are gonna make the customer pay you should be upfront about it.

Negatives: I wanted some meat for breakfast

Negatives: We are not a family that stays in 5 star hotels. We usually go with ones on the cheaper side because there's a lot of us and we typically need 2-3 rooms. This could have been a better experience for sure!!For starters, we get to our room, my husband and I go in and immediately notice our bathroom mirror is basically shattered on one side, not a huge deal, but obviously doesn't look good. So, no harm, no foul, we can ignore that. The light above the sink was going out, so it was like a strobe light in the bathroom. Thankfully, the other light worked, so we just ignored it. The bathroom sink would not drain at all, but again, it was ignored. Now, if you've stayed in any hotel, you know any windows on the 2nd floor or above do not open. It's dangerous and against code pretty much everywhere in the US. We'll ours did, our window absolutely could be pulled away from the frame a good 5 inces. My husband was able to get it to pop back into its place, but windows that are never meant to be opened absolutely could be opened all the way up. Not to be graphic, but if I wanted to jump out of the 3rd floor window, I could have. The bed wasn't terrible honestly, better pillows and new blankets probably would have made a huge difference. I also rented the room right next to us for my friend, and they didn't have any broken things in the room. But the room smelled so much like mold and dirt it would gag you to be in it. They spent a majority of their time in our room because you could not stomach the smell. Unfortunately, the hotel was booked, so there was not an option to get any of us moved to a different room. On Sunday morning, my husband and I tried to go down to get breakfast, and we ended up getting a cup of orange juice. Because there's just not enough space or equipment to accomidate everyone. I'm pretty sure they had like 2 waffle irons you can make yourself waffles.

Negatives: everything was great. no complaints

Negatives: Our room wasn't vaccumed before our stay. There was popcorn under the heater, by the bed and under the bathroom sink. A large dead bug was killed above the door and the remains were just left there. A drink had been poured all over the heater and not cleaned up. Dead ants had been after the drink and the chip crumbs inside the heater control panel when they met their demise and left there. We were only given 1 bath towel and the towels in the pool area are hand towel sized. The hot tub in the pool area had the knob broken off the timer to turn on the jets so you had to call the front desk to have the matinence guy come turn them on with pliers everytime they shut off. He had no problem doing that and was very nice explaining there was a broken part that he keeps fixing but it keeps breaking. However, the temperature wasn't staying hot either so that was disappointing. We were given a voucher for a free night stay to help make it right but I don't know if we will be back out that way in the next 3 months but that's all they could do because it was a 3rd party booking.

Negatives: The fact that we couldn't get a hold of someone at the front desk for a moderately important issue and then we encountered the fact that our hot tub did not work and we paid extra to have a hot tub room. They made it right but but I was not impressed that it was not in working order.
