It’s in a bad location, as in unsafe. We pulled in the parking lot and there were several “shady” people loitering in the parking lot. We decided to drive around to the other side of the Hotel thinking maybe they kept the riff raff on one side, and when we drove around that whole side of the motel was boarded up. We chose to not stay and had to end up paying anyway because they didn’t accept cancellations. Lesson learned but we felt our safety was more important.

A lot of dust on the headboard and night stands. The floor was sticky. The room had no wash clothes. Asked for more towels and washcloths and they wouldn’t give any and gave an attitude about it. We stayed 2 nights and only had 2 towels.

Arrived and no rooms were available despite our reservations. Place was pretty dumpy. A lot of the rooms’ windows were boarded up. Allegedly booking.com is going to refund my room as we had to find somewhere else to stay, which was a challenge due to the high tourist season. Expedia, however, is not refunding my friends reservation, which is extremely disappointing.

Very, very dirty room do not change the bed sheets . I found hair and a blood on my bed even the floor and the towel very dirty the phone not working and dirty. Also everything dirty and work the room smell very bad.

Hotel need a lot of work. It needs to be closed down until it up to power. People were hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot and fighting. It's in the horrible conditions. It didn't have breakfast or a microwave. The room didn't have a dresser or washclothes. I can say so much more that isn't right with the hotel. Needs more lighting at night. No ice machine that I could see. It looks scary in the building and there isn't any security in the building or hallways. The doors doesn't lock to open with key cards. Anyone can be in halls lurking. I won't stay there again because I was not comfortable.
