Pool was shut down by the state so I requested a cancellation seems we had kids that wanted to swim. They agreed to the cancellation. Talked with the GM of the hotel and he assured me Id be getting my refund. It has now been 11 days and booking.com said there is still no response from the property so that I can have my money back. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There were kids in the next room that were unsupervised they were up until the mother came home at 4 AM screaming at her kids. We got no sleep the pool was full of kids we couldnt even get in the pool. It was very bad experience.

Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. Good location. But the dislike of having to completely pack up everything and have no room from 11 am - 4 pm just to add an extra night to my stay overshadowed anything good about this hotel.
Negatives:
They were unable to add an additional night to my trip! They literally made me pack up entire room and put in my car at 11 am and then wait and check back in at 3 pm to a new room! It was ridiculous! Like they could have let me check in early or late even if I had to switch rooms the fact that I had 4 hours where I just had to pack up entire car and then completely unpack again is unreasonable! Like it was such a huge inconvenience for no reason just because I wanted to stay an additional night makes no sense. The staff/ policies here are not guest friendly.
