We checked in on Tuesday and I asked for the room to be cleaned on Wednesday. It was not , nor on Thursday. It was cleaned on Friday and I was told it would not be cleaned on Saturday or Sunday because they would be cleaning all the rooms that had checked out. Your rates are not budget and I would expect the room to at least have the bed made and bathroom cleaned more than once during our stay.
They were quick to provide extra towels, blankets cans pillows.
The rooms were very nice but it’s time to replace the blanket and bedspread, very worn.

I was charged an extra $100 and was told it was in the event there was damage. We were there less than 12 hrs and no damage, yet haven't received a refund.

Location was convenient for me. Staff was ok. When asked for a room cleaning for three day stay, I was told basically no. Twice. No soap in shower toilet seat broken. Sitting area tables dirty and sticky.
