Cleaness, no cooking hardware provided for the kitchen use, no towels provided unless you pay $1.75 per towel.

The first room was not clean. Bed had been slept in, wet towels on floor in bathroom. Went to front desk was given another room. Room was made up, however the bathroom sink was filled with cigarette buts and a used tampon was under the sink. I didn't stay

It was relatively inexpensive and in a decent area.

I had to ask for towels. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion was provided. I only got one bar of soap for both the sink and the shower. I It was terribly hot! I opened a window then it wouldn't shut. They wanted to charge me $20 to use a spoon.

that when I leave I am moving into my new home, there is nothing good to say about this place.

No amenities at all! NONE NONE NONE, phone in room didn't even work. Every day we as in multiple times a day had to get our key set up again and mine would work my husband's would not, his would work, mine would not! HORRIBLE go to RED ROOF INN

The only thing that was nice was the bed.

The outlet was coming out the wall when I would unplug something. You have to pay for almost everything, there was trash under the bed which was disgusting. Novi Police was constantly there while I was staying. The people were slamming doors and so no.

Upon check in front desk guy was personable and welcoming. Room had a recliner which was great after a long day on the road. Also loved that they have a long table/desk area so I could work from.

Not really hotels fault but there was alot of people just sitting out back in camping chairs. It is a extended stay place so obviously people live there, just makes it look not so safe.
