The check in experience was horrible. The lady in charge (night shift on 7/10) never stopped watching a FB live stream during the whole process. Despicable personal hygiene practices including burping and even farting.

When I arrived there were two Novi police cars out front and 4 officers in the lobby. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The shower drain was Slow.

I enjoy the atmosphere, and I appreciate the staff being helpful, and hospitable. In times when things are just falling apart, it is helpful to have a company that makes you feel at home and respect your space.
I highly recommend this location if you ever travel to
Michigan, A-1 in my book!!!
I have worked in hospitality services and it's not always easy but this group of wonderful individuals make it seem easy!!
