Positives: Hello my name is Tiara Weems and I am currently a guest at Homewood Suites. Upon arrival my stay has not been okay for me. 1) I booked for a Studio accidentally (wanting a One Bedroom) . I understand this was my fault and I was unable to get a refund and go to another room due to me booking through a 3rd company site. 2) However upon entry to my room . The room was not as clean how it should’ve been (from my prior visit) crumbs, trash in waste basket, dirty counter tops. 3) I tried to overlook it and enjoy my stay/birthday weekend but the jacuzzi has been extremely cold (one of my most important AMENTIES). 2 of your guest (Morriseia and Zak) took a look and went into the boiler/mechanical room on 2 separate days and still a cold jacuzzi. 4) Breakfast is suppose to be served from 7am-10am on Weekends but breakfast was stopped at 9:30. 5) I have had to get FOUR room keys remade . None of these keys work and I am currently locked outside of my room. One of the workers used an emergency override but that doesn’t work and she has to call maintenance (which is not here on Sundays). This has been a very unpleasant and very disappointing stay for me . For myself to be a returning guest a lot I feel this will be last stay and I would also like these problems to be addressed.

Positives: The staff was really friendly. They had a lot outside seating area which we enjoyed. The breakfast was good. The room came with dishes and pots and pans. So we didn't have to worry about bringing any of that stuff.
Negatives: The air kept shutting off at night in the living room. The pool was freezing and hot tub was what you think pool should be. The bathroom in the bedroom.

Positives: Large space with kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Negatives: The pool was small. The room was dirty. The bathroom door had red stuff all over it. There were clothing tags on the bathroom floor behind the door. The bed pillow has red spots all over the pillow case, which has bleed through to the pillow. The toilet paper roll holder was broken, and when you went to use the paper, it would fall on the floor.

Positives: The location was excellent. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was only a short drive to the church in South Lyons, and the Country Club for the reception. Lots of stores and restaurants in and around the hotel, including (Wally World) Walmart!! Would love to come back to this area again for a weekend getaway and enjoy the surroundings!!!
