Negatives: gnats in bathroom

Negatives: The staff were crude, lazy and unprofessional.

Negatives: There was a sign for a Bistro, which I thought it would be open after 5:00. Never saw or found it. There was a breakfast in the morning though. I could not fine a vending machine with soft drinks, or water, or energy drinks., etc.

Negatives: Bathtub needs something added to provide traction when standing and taking a shower. Had to be very careful when moving because it was extremely slippery and was afraid of a nasty slip and fall.

Negatives: I pre-paid, along with my room rental, for a breakfast. There was only very cold, watery fake eggs, crappy lumpy oatmeal, and burned bacon. They didn't even have anything but water and cold coffee as a drink. No juice, unless your PAID FOR IT! And literally NO milk whatsoever! When I kindly brought it up, I was told that the breakfast is "complementary. I don't know what to tell you." So what did I pay extra for!? I also called, the day before, to see if the pool was open/ available. (Room was rented 2 months ago, called and asked then, as well before booking) I still had an option to cancel if I needed to so I wanted to check again. I was told that the pool was open and available, and I was given pool times. I was told AFTER checking in, that it isn't open, and hasn't been for a little while now.

Negatives: Pool not available waiting for part

Negatives: Upgraded to a suite carpet had ink spots in the sink area round spots of some melted on it in living room. Check in staff was not at friendly. Balcony had one dirt lawn chair and a very dirt small table on it could not utilize that area.

Negatives: Dirty dusty smelly bathroom. A distinct musty and ammonia from urine stink. Pool broke and fitness room was limited to 1 working piece of cardio equipment, no cleaning equipment and no place to sit.

Negatives: The pool, the main reason we booked the hotel, was closed for maintenance. For this reason there should have been more of a discount on the room.

Negatives: Cheap single tray coffeemaker with cheap inferior coffee. Called prior to arrival to find out type of coffeemaker, was told incorrectly it would be a Keurig-like coffeemaker, so I brought the wrong coffee to use. Thank goodness I had packed good instant coffee or I would have been very unhappy. Cheap particle furniture. NO microwave in rooms, just 1 in lobby with NO plates, utensils etc. Cooked my food on paper towels from lobby bathroom. Crap "food" in "store" - cup of noodles and candy bars. Lots of empty shelves. No free breakfast, plus no food displayed for purchase during limited breakfast hours. Pool not available - waiting on parts for repair. Front desk says all balconies have chairs but all 18 rooms facing parking lot didn't. Only 3 rooms in back have chairs. Housekeeping only during the week?- big bag of trash left by elevator from Fri pm, still there when I left Mon am. Extremely low toilet, no counter to brace with to get up. Had to contort body to stand up. If there were pictures of the toilet area instead of shampoo bottles, I would have gotten an ADA room instead. Small bath towels, barely wrapped around my size 8 waist. Peeling wallpaper by shower. Electrical plugs on lamps only worked if light was turned on. Lots of inconvenient outlets in hallway leading to door, not in room proper. No "do not disturb" tags for door. Wonky TV. Channels divided into local and cable, with two separate channel guides. Have to remember specific channel number to manually enter it on remote, since you can't simply click on a channel in the guide to go to that channel.

Negatives: The pool was closed, they would not let us use the fire pit (gas) and the room was dirty.
