I requested they do something for my daughters birthday since we were coming down for that... nothing was done. I wasn't told there was gonna be a hold on my account either. Also, I thought I upgraded my room, and I don't think i was given that. I thought breakfast was included in my room, so im hoping I wasn't charged for that again. Was also told there was towels in the pool room there were not any and had to go ask again for some. I just wish we were taken better care of. Staff wasn't really that friendly towards us.... I would like some of my money back if I can. This wasn't the experience I expected to have.

Very affordable. Great location in aspects to local shops and food and off the main drag. Loved that pet owners can travel with their pets stress free.
Negatives:
Thought the exterior looked a little run down and the pool was small for a hotel of this size. Did not like the whole breakfast idea. Staff weren't very helpful and didn't see a menu. People do not like dealing with others for a hotel breakfast. Make a self-serve area and cut the crap. The coffee pot!! I would like to make my own POT of coffee in my room not this single serve with yuck coffee. I bring my own just can't use in these silly machines

Positives:
Very good location. Good price, nice personal. When we came the room was very clean, it was great. The woman on the desk allowed us to go into room at two hours early then we paid, we are so thankful her for it.
Negatives:
But during the 7 days we lived there, the room was cleaned only once and then only after I asked. And that's just the bathroom. No one replenished the supplies of soap, toilet paper and coffee. Every time I had to ask for it, I felt uncomfortable. No one changed the bed linen or vacuumed. Apparently this hotel is not designed for long stays, but only for 1-2-3 nights.

Everything was really great the staff were amazing and took care of everything that needed to be . There so friendly which is always nice . the scenery of our balcony was awesome.

the cleanliness was horrible it definitely could use some updating in the rooms too ESPECIALLY for the price. Also I was just a little upset with how early breakfast ended on a weekend.

When it was heavy raining outside the hotel had many leaking points that they were using lining carts under. Receptionists were not friendly except for Crystal who was amazing with great customer service. Crystal was the best during my stay only. Rates online are more expensive than in person.
