Very, very disappointed, we always thought that Hamptons were much better than this. That was the reason for our trying to spend our 54th anniversary there. We learned our lesson, I guess.

Positives: Staff was excellent. Hotel was.not normal Hampton quality, but staff was on top of everything within their control except they could get a muzzle on the barking dogs.

Negatives: No one cleaned the room after the first night. Woke up every night with dogs barking in the hotel. Not normal Hampton quality beds, shower, etc.
