I like the location. It was somewhere new. I wasn’t aware that they wouldn’t take cash, even though the booking app said pay at the location and that my booking was accepted as a form of backup payment and had my my cash app /Apple Pay on booking app and once I got there 2 parents were dealing with a similar situation like mine and they had to wait with a tired toddler for over an hour to maybe get a room idk if they got one of those

Had to wait at the front deck for 20 minutes until someone checked me in. The shower was gross because of leftover hair need drain area. The fan in the room seemed like it was going to fall and was loud.

We had to switch rooms at 1 am because pullout did not work. Then was lied to. Said no more rooms. Then 45 minutes later a different room. made us go back up before we recieved keys for next room. Really not ok. We have stayed 5 years and this made us not want to come back. I should be returned some money it was so bad.
