Bad
Positives:
Jennifer assisted us in how to use the television remote. She was friendly and polite. The bed was comfortable and the handicap-accessible bathroom features (bars) made me feel safe snd secure.
Negatives:
Well….1.) I was issued keys to a room that was already occupied. I interrupted a woman resting on the bed. Later I started thinking about someone mistakenly opening the door on my husband and me. I’ll definitely dead-bolt in the future.
2.) The one, small wastebasket within the room was full in less than 24 hours. We had the room for 3 nights and it was never emptied, even when we set it outside the door on the morning of Day #2. We used shopping bags for Days #2 & #3 and deposited them in dumpsters in a local park.
What has happened to our Red Roof on Crooks Rd.? We HAD been happy customers since the 70’s, visiting Rochester relatives 3-4x/year.

The sign said it was a no smoking room but somebody smoked big time in that room before they cleaned it. You could smell the stench. But it was a decent price and no extra costs for the 2 dogs

price was low . Just like its standards .unfortunately.
Negatives:
Had to hold toilet handle a while to get it to flush , Bath fan motor sounds like It might blow up. switch missing over 1 bed light . Can hear what people were saying in other rooms .Lobby locked. 24/7 Cable WiFi & remote work part time
