the hotel is overrated, and the room was not clean. Even the sheets were not clean. The bathroom was not clean when I entered the room. It smells smoke inside and I immediately called the reception and I informed them even though the room should be non-sm

Okay when I got to the window I seen they charged my card for a wrong room so the desk clerk charged my card again for extra money then I havent got my deposit back and its been three days I called the days inn they claim that they sent it but its not

The hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel as advertised. Rooms are run down, bathrooms are dirty. It's barely a 2 star motel. Breakfast which was supposed to be included consisted of whether I wanted a chocolate or powder doughnut to go.

That I was in a handicap room and the bed was two high and the next day they fix the bed and lowered it for me.

It need some renovation done. It was transit there all kinds of people hanging out.

3rd time here. Hotel is remodeling. 1st stay room was Dated but ok? 2nd time was a nightmare. Nothing in room plugged in. Bed was horrible and when no water I went to desk. I was then put in remodeled and nice room. Asked for remodeled this time and got 1
