I booked the room because my power was out and I needed to shower and wash my hair.
Claimed to have certain amenities, it didn’t.
Negatives:
Filthy, the first room I was assigned had a broken lock. The building in general is FILTHY and it stinks of stale cigarettes. Obvious drug activity around the building. And I was almost charged for a second room because apparently EXPEDIA a site I never uses also booked a room. Thankfully my card declined because I’d already paid for my room

I stay at hotels frequently. Of my experiences thus far in 2024,this location in Roseville,Michigan was the cleanest,most functional as far as tv,phone,etc. The front desk clerk at check in was very polite and professional. At checkout,there was a different person at the front desk,however she was equally polite and professional.
Negatives:
The faucet in the kitchenette was leaking a bit onto the counter,but I reported it to the front desk for maintenance to repair. I would not count that as a mark against my stay though.

Everything except the price. The room was horrible! Carpets were nasty. There was nothing in the room that most places have. No coffee maker, no cups, no nothing! The pictures DID NOT match what the room really looked like. Their “breakfast” was coffee and granola bars. Don’t plan on having much of a breakfast.
