I didn't get to sleep because of other patrons slamming doors all night long and beeping cars. I wish I would have paid better attention that their wasn't a fridge. I wouldn't have paid $80 for a basic room.

Went to my room with my partner and it wasn’t made, bathroom was full with dirty towels. Had to get my room changed . I got charged twice once online here and in the actual place .

Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had to stay in. Housekeeping was terrible. The rooms were filthy , toilets and shower’s weren’t cleaned so they moved me to another room . I have pictures and videos of both of the rooms they put me in. The air conditioner had food in the vents looked like old rice. They have signs everywhere stating it’s a 100% smoke free facility. Pretty bad when your kids even say Dad we are going to smell like cigarettes cause the rooms smelled so badly of smoke. I will share 1 photo of the ac. The rest I will spare you

We cut our stayour stay...
Positives:
The location to everything was perfect. My room was clean and quiet. The grounds were clean and the tv was a nice size. The hot water was great and refrigerator size was good. Pet area was clean. Most important, pets stay free!
Negatives:
The cold water did not get cold enough to fill my dog's water bowl. I had to use ice to chill down the water. The air conditioner is loud and chirps like a grasshopper. My room key stopped working four times and I had to get it reactivated. The room needs more than one roll of tissue without room service during your stay. Pet area needed bags in more than one dispenser.
