Positives: The Staff was so kind and polite. We had to wait a while to check in because our room needed to be cleaned. The hosting team was so apologetic and did everything they could to make sure our young kids were content and comfortable.

Negatives: The parking situation was a little confusing at first as you have to drive around to the back of the building to park, walk back around to check in then unload luggage from the back of the building where you're parked.
