Hampton Inn By Hilton And Suites Saginaw

Negatives: The property was under construction and my suite was on the end where all the construction was taking place. All the fumes, noise, and working equipment was in the hallway. The door on the end of the hallway was not secured at night with a cord running from the hallway to outside. Allowing bugs, and flies in. I did not feel safe staying there. No hot water, the morning of the funeral services for my Grandmother/ so I washed up in the lobby restroom. I was offered another room for day 2 but they charged my card for $199.00 instead of the $131.00 agreed upon. I had become ill from all those different fumes. My room was very dark and depressing. The workers were literally right outside my window. The door was open and disturbing mind you my room was the last room right next to the exit door and stairs.

Negatives: The thermostat did not work. Was cold in room.

Negatives: My only issue was that the air conditioning was difficult to control. It was either too cold or too hot. The person on the pullout sofa, which was right next to the heater/air conditioner was cold for most of the night, while the bed which was a farther distance away from the was quite warm.

Negatives: under construction so some floors had construction residue; chief complaint was that only 1 ice maker worked at a time and it varied which floor the working ice maker was on

Negatives: The deposit is ridiculous!! $400 if live local??? That makes no sense!!! And then it’s not on the site when booking!!!

Negatives: Fitness center, equipment didn’t work. All new but nothing worked.
