Between Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The carpets were trashed with stains, the key cards didn't work, stains on the couch, no mattress in the pullout couch, stains all over the walls, stains on towels and shower curtain, fans not working in both rooms we stayed in because they had to move us rooms since our first was so disgusting.
