Negatives: The room we were checked into was disgusting. There was all blood on the bed. The sheet was just turned inside out and not changed. There was dirt and dust above the headboard and on the lamps along with jewelry. The ceiling was caving in

Negatives: Room dirty at check in. Refrigerator tv phone all unplugged or full of nasty water(fridge) or cords missing. Shower had soap in from last visitor. Sink dirty . floor filthy. Not sweepted. Linens looked clean but I fear bed bugs could have been there. The staff person how tried to fix things was polite and nice tried hard.

Negatives: Housekeeping staff

Negatives: I don't like how it's so close to so many other places or was loud

Negatives: non working electrics, appliances. althouh rectified.

Negatives: Shower tub was gross. No trash can. Microwave was dirty with burnt food. No comforters for either bed. Dirty surfaces. Provided with coffee (one package was open) but no coffee maker. I think the word invest would be good to understand for this property. I will give benefit of the doubt and say I was assigned to the bad apple out of the rooms.

Negatives: Was doubled charged and either the Hotel and booking are playing with me to not reimburse me.

Negatives: There were people outside my room yelling all night the TV didn't work in my room. The vanity was hanging off the wall. The Towels were dirty

Negatives: The first room floor wasnt swept properly, holes in the wall, sheets was stained & smelled moldy. The second room wasnt wiped down properly, tub was dirty , sheets were stained & also had a moldy smell to it. The third room was a little better than the other two rooms but also wasnt swept properly, had a subway sandwich still in the refrigerator with a chip on top of the refrigerator, with a big ball of cat hair by the air conditioner. We came four hours away & it was already 8pm when we arrived. Went though 3 uncleaned rooms & was ready to settle me & my family in. So it was obvious we wasnt getting a cleaned room so me & my fianc decided to clean the room ourselves. We wiped down all surfaces, cleaned the bathroom, swept & mopped the whole room. Right when we finished cleaning the whole room , we found mold on both the bed skirts. So we couldnt sleep in there. But they couldnt give me a refund right away & I didnt want to be out of a room or money so we decided to take the bed skirts off since we already cleaned the whole room. Through all of that trouble I at least wouldve expected some money back or a discount on another day or something to fulfill the complications but all they could offer was late check which is only a hour after the original check out. Also we stayed 2 nights & after the first night we found mold in the bathroom too. So it was a horrible stay !
