My reservation was canceled because I was told that I had been rude to an employee earlier in the afternoon. I was frustrated and upset because she could not tell me how to arrive to the hotel or even what exit to take. When I finally arrived to check in, I was told that my reservation had been canceled! It did not matter at all to them that I was a 79-year-old woman who was not allowed to drive after dark. A room was available, but they would not budge. I asked if there were any other motels, and I was told that they didn't know. I ended up at the Sheraton next door and it was absolutely wonderful.
