Negatives: nothing at all

Negatives: Still didn’t get my refund .i never stayed cause they ran out of rooms n told me they would refund me still waiting n .they don’t answer the phone

Negatives: The rooms we’re dirty had to change rooms 3 times

Negatives: I should have left when I got to the parking lot !! There are so many potholes in the parking lot I didn't think my tires would make it . There was an obvious "UN-Housed" person. Just sitting in the lobby my entire stay (checkin-check out) The wait time was very long due to short staffing & technical issues. The a/c was malfunctioning in the lobby . I got my original room 239 & requested to be moved at least 6 times for several different reasons. 1. The neighboring room had a lot of people and were very loud 2. The room was very dirty; crumbs, spills, smudges, stains, etc 3. There was no remote for the television 4. There was no light in the bathroom 5. The telephone didn't work so I have to walk down to the lobby to request help each time. I asked to cancel my reservation and was told to wait for a new room at 10pm . I refused and was finally given a new room 236. The door was damaged and had to be forced open but the lights did work. The new room did have a TV remote but NO LINEN ! The bed was NOT made and there were no towels in the bathroom. I went to room 239 and got the linens and made the bed myself. I was /am very displeased with my stay and I am expecting a full refund.

Negatives: Stove was broke. No wash cloths. No untesils. Room was nasty. Broken cabinets.

Negatives: Cleaner grounds. The trash all around the front of the place made it look second-rate No people hanging out in front smoking. The staff were efficient and helpful but not as professional, such as the receptionist carrying on two conversations while checking clients in.

Negatives: This place is horrible, it should be shut down. Completely filthy. I am disgusted that you rated this a nice place to stay, shame on you !!!!!

Negatives: cleanliness

Negatives: 24 hour check in Desk at Property. The desk clerk answered the phone but said talking over the TV and other voices that there were no reservations. He would not come to the desk. Makes complete sense, I slept in my car while he used my room to party in. Yes, of course there were no reservations when you hire such an individual. Good Luck.

Negatives: Everything was awful. Dirty room that wasn't as advertised. There were no towels, wash clothes, rugs, or shower curtains. The toilet had some gross liquid in it and wouldn't flush. Never returning. Save your money.
