Dirty carpet, freezing room, sheets had hair on them, bathroom and mens hair shavings everywhere and tub was wet as if it was just used. Long wait to check in and staff wasnt welcoming except for room service.

I didnt like that it was over the capacity and the pool area and they did not check for IDs for the kids that was in the pool that were supposed to be 18 and up. The water was very dirty and too much chlorine in the water. I was very dissatisfied

I did not stay long. I arrived at 10pm and was gone by check out but the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Genuinely concerned for my familys wellbeing and my room was clean.

The WiFi Having to pay for wifi in this day and age is insane. They also had a streaming feature on the TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc) that never did load. The pool was a little dingy as well. The pool steps needed cleaning/had visible dirt.
