Positives: The night desk clerk was friendly.
Negatives: Yes the hotel didnt have a lobby and the laundry room washing machine took my money for laundry and didnt work. The continental breakfast had very little food.

Positives: Plenty of food choices very near including a health food store. The breakfast section is like some of the other brands and it's included.
Negatives: In my experience extended stay hotels have the same issue and that is a stinky customer on the property for an extended amount of time. it could be the customer base or the time between cleaning the rooms. it could also be patrons who fail to wash there clothes. i think most likely it is the cleaning agents. my fitness gym smells better and that is because everyone cleans that works there. not true at the extended stays i have visited recently. it could possibly be the hours that house keepers are available. they often would disturb my sleep. they should consider appointments that are convenient for the customer relaxing in their new home. the no knock warrants are unnecessary. And they should leave notice of who entered the room. a simple note would do just that. maybe a log on the door. My hallway is always very busy. i guess it is because i am an upcoming celebrity. i would like to stop this issue but no one seems to be able to make it stop-disappointing. I usually cook everyday, the cook top and accessory plugs being the benefit of staying at this property. A fan could help the air circulation; i can hope for an update. I imagine bugs can be an issue so they should send time making customers aware of the rules because most times i have found physical changes to the room i was to live in for a week and that might have been avoided.

Negatives: First room had a water leak so we had to move all our belongings by ourselves never any hot water was supposed to be a complete kitchen had to go to the front desk for dishes and a toaster there was no oven in the room was 2 stove eyes no oven roaches

Positives: Large room ,nice kitchen , nice employees Great ac and heat unit , comfortable bed Clean sheets , hard wood floors , quiet location, Always a good price , no security deposit , no weird smells , plenty of stores and restaurants within a mile . I really like this location
Negatives: These are things im picky about with hotels.... Housekeeping leaves a little earlier than check in time which sucks because the only thing i ever find dirty is the refrigerator and i always end up having to clean it myself .... Bathroom is kind of small and I personally don't like tubs but that's just me. But that's the only issues I have . Still would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Would be 5 if these things were different.
