Negatives: The location was just showing age Little faulty things in the room told the staff in the morning. Was kept awake laying the night due to lot of people making a lot of noise running up and down the halls called the front desk took a while for it to finally quiet down. Was waking very early by noisy people before 6:00 in the morning. Told front desk when I checked out.

Negatives: Alot. Someone unlocked our door and came in our room at night scaring the daylights out of the kids and myself. Someone also called our room and pranked it at 11pm, the pool was over run with a loud family of 15+, and with a child that has sensory issues, it was unfair that we were unable to enjoy it. Then not to mention, the huge family across the hall (same family from the pool) were yelling in the hallway starting at 6am. The stools were broke in our room, the towels were worn and ripping, and only one elevator was working. It was hard to have a nice, relaxing, family weekend getaway.

Negatives: The hotel called me before my check in time to report that my room was being fixed due to A/C Unit issues. They asked did I want to move rooms, I requested no as I had kids with me and needed the specific room I booked. Long story short, the front desk changed my room to something that did not accommodate myself and the kids without my knowledge. I asked what happened to the room I booked, the night worker stated that they had given it to someone else. I spoke with the manager in the morning and he lied to my face and stated the room was over booked and they never had it available. I booked this room 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE and it was confirmed. They offered to move me to the room I originally booked, not once but twice and both times they booked the room out to other people. The beds were loud but comfortable. Pillows were extremely flat.

Negatives: I found a pair of men underwear under the table in my room which means the room was not cleaned properly. Also the women’s bathroom in the lobby was very dirty.

Negatives: No air in lobby. One elevator broke.second one broke down later . Food person was not wearing gloves and didn't wash fruits.As I watched from open door. Got locked out of room Sun 5/19/24. Mitchell had master key to open door. When my complaints went unanswered I called Corporate.

Negatives: The rooms were dirty. The floors were creaky. The pool was nasty.
