Negatives: The bathroom wasn't clean and the linen was dirty

Negatives: The bathroom vanity wasn't attached to the wall , the vinyl flooring was cracked and coming up , the shower base was dirty and scratched up , there was some shady people hanging around outside smoking weed , hallway carpeting was dirty and worn , hallways smelled like weed .

Negatives: Dirty, smelly and bad clientele.

Negatives: The rooms were very dirty and run down. Dirt and debris on the floor (we felt we had to wear our shoes in the room because the floor was just gross). The hotel had an odor that smelled like skunk. Walking up to our room the hallway and floors were so dirty and there was no air on (it was in the 80’s and it was muggy and hot even inside.) There were random stains on things (ex. What looked like red blood stains on the pull back curtains.) The towels in the bathroom had hair on them and they were supposedly “clean”. The “air conditioning unit” wasn’t on prior to our visit and the room was unbelievable hot and stuffy. Even with turning it on, it took HOURS to even make the room somewhat comfortable. Also, they had recently painted in the room and the paint had debris and dirt literally painted on the walls.

Negatives: Room was not clean. Toilet didn't flush well. Mold in the bathroom. Bedding and couch was dirty. Fridge was not clean and freezer was iced over. Air did not work well.

Negatives: The staff and food

Negatives: While our bed was very comfortable, and we had no problems with things like the air conditioning, the television, or the refrigerator, there were many other issues with the room. We had a handicap-accessible room. When we entered, the door to the bathroom was open. When we went to close it, it hit a transition strip on the floor, and the back of the door was covered in something (unknown). The door would not shut all the way to use the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was warped or what. The toilet seat kept coming off on one side, part of the baseboard molding was missing in the bathroom, and if you shut off the main light switched, it also turned off the power on the wall containing the microwave, fridge, and tv.

Negatives: One room: - Toilet didn't flush most of the time - Water pressure of sink splurted out not in one stream - The carpet in one room was filthy, and you had to wear shoes - The microwave barely worked and was so old, I know they don't make that model anymore - TV was grainy, but we were able to watch it one night; the next day, the picture was frozen, then eventually was just "snow" - The freezer part of the fridge didn't freeze food but the refrigerator part did and destroyed some food we brought - The toilet paper and tissue weren't restocked before we arrived, and we had to ask for more during pur 2 night stay - Clean towels were not folded neatly when we arrived but instead stuffed on the shelf under the sink *** In both rooms, the number of things that need to be repaired, replaced, and deep cleaned was ridiculous The other room: - It had woodgrain flooring, which looked nicer - The toilet was literally loose from the floor and moved - TV was scrambled and grainy on most channels

Negatives: The AC ducts are needs to be vacuumed thoroughly. Dust and bed smells comes from AC. We changed 2 rooms and both were same. Changing AC filter yearly basis would be an ideal solution. Floor carpet also needs to vacuumed and washed few months basis.

Negatives: The aircondition and bathroom comode was too old, air conditioner is covered with dust, and bathroom comode look so ugly. The room smeel like weeds.

Negatives: How unclean it was , it clearly hasn't been taken care of. The hallway and stairwell carpet is basically black , there was trash under and in the desk , hair all over the tub .
