The toilet seat was broken...

The lighting was very dime in the room. The bathroom toilet and shower floor was not cleaned. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the hallway walking to our room smelled like cigarette smoke and Marijuana. The room's mirrors weren't cleaned and there were no hangers to hang clothes. The side doors had no security locks on them which meant whoever wanted to walk in the hotel could have. I felt very uncomfortable about that.

The bathroom vanity wasn't attached to the wall , the vinyl flooring was cracked and coming up , the shower base was dirty and scratched up , there was some shady people hanging around outside smoking weed , hallway carpeting was dirty and worn , hallways smelled like weed .

Positives:
The location was good and easy to find. It was right off the main road and close to our event location. The lobby area was nice and at first glance you would think it was nice.
Negatives:
The rooms were very dirty and run down. Dirt and debris on the floor (we felt we had to wear our shoes in the room because the floor was just gross). The hotel had an odor that smelled like skunk. Walking up to our room the hallway and floors were so dirty and there was no air on (it was in the 80’s and it was muggy and hot even inside.) There were random stains on things (ex. What looked like red blood stains on the pull back curtains.) The towels in the bathroom had hair on them and they were supposedly “clean”. The “air conditioning unit” wasn’t on prior to our visit and the room was unbelievable hot and stuffy. Even with turning it on, it took HOURS to even make the room somewhat comfortable. Also, they had recently painted in the room and the paint had debris and dirt literally painted on the walls.
