Jay at the desk was great, good person to have in that spot. Very personable.
Thursday early mornings ng when I left say 5AM. I stopped at the desk to check out and asked a kitchen girl filling up the coffee for Ice if possible. She gave me a full bag while ch I was so grateful.
it kept my treats cold the entire day at work till 1 PM.
I'm so sorry I didn't get her name and should have, she was great polite and accommodating. Customer Service is exceptional. I'm in that field in Automotive and it is lacking so coming to your hotel made my day

Positives:
Nothing. They lie about lake view rooms. You see the closed pool, or open depending on the season. The staff were nice but deficient. They charged me for a room that was pre-paid. It was refunded right away, but of course that was $170. I was without while vacationing. Do better about that hoteliers... Pay a premium to your financial industry for instant refunds when you fuq up.

Everything. The bed wasn't comfortable. No view. No breakfast. Animal feces everywhere.

Positives:
Its a clean and comfortable large room. With a small kitchen. There is also a desk and plenty of sockets for plugs and computers. The Hotel has been partially remolded. The staff is excellent, very kind and responsive. Overall the facility is ok. Overall its a good value for the money.
Negatives:
The TV selection was limited. The facility is a bit old but they have done some remodeling. The sofa was a bit stained.

Reasonable Price, Large Room, Great...
Positives:
Very clean and well kept. The parking lot was well lit and made you feel safe. Had to have key access just to get in the buildings. At the front desk was outstanding.
Negatives:
The breakfast was really good. The only drawback I had was that the white bread had mold and was hard. So if you’re gonna put bread out for toast, you might wanna make sure that it’s worth putting out.

Staff was wonderful. Location was good. Hotel was nice and quiet.
Negatives:
There was no bedding for the pull out sofa. All we could find was a flat sheet and a blanket in the closet.
There is more than one building. We didn't see an elevator and there are 3 floors. No vending or ice machines either. Had to pay $4 for a pop at the lobby desk.
