The Location was Perfect

The staff was not friendly.... The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were stained and flattened, the bathroom linen was dirty....and There was a bad smell in the heater vent that smelled like a dog. Moreover, The staff was more focused on the fact that I booked on a third party website than customer satisfaction!

Staff was very good and the general facility was very nice

The guide was not working on the TV was not working nor was there a paper guide to be able to swith channels easily. The window covering was not operable so we could not look out or open the window.

This place has a homey, fun vibe. As soon as you walk thru the door, it just feels different. A friendly person, wearing comfy clothes greeted us, got us checked in and talked to us on a human being level. I don't travel and stay in hotels very often. I can say I am always treated respectfully by Hotel reception but at this place, there was an element of warmth along with the respect! It would be my first choice if I am ever in the area again.
