Well when my family and I arrived they could not find my reservation in the system where I saved the email that was sent to me with my reservation and confirmation number saying that I was all set and my wife had canceled her reservation but for some reason her reservation was still in the system after she received a confirmation email saying that her reservation was canceled so needless to say my wife had to wind up booking the room that was emailed to her saying it was canceled and which was at a higher rate of 200$ more now she's still waiting for them to get back to them they said it takes 5-7 day's to see if they're gonna refund her money back for the stay

The best front desk employee I have ever encountered. She was sweet and helpful. She checked on her guests and made sure I had everything I needed. I appreciated her care for quality in my stay.
