Positives:
Hotel was an exceptionally well kept and a great value. The staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy for a good nights sleep.

It was a good quality hotel. It was priced reasonably but at the top end for the value.
Negatives:
It was clean in terms of housekeeping. The carpet was not terrible but could use a cleaning.

For the basic overnight business or personal travel hotel it is a good value.
Positives:
The location was nice. Close enough but away from downtown chaos. Stay was quiet and peaceful.
Negatives:
The bed was stiff, the pool steps lining was bubbling up and hot tub had dirty foam when the bubbles were on. We ran out of hot water the first night after only being in the shower for two mins. Staff was friendly enough.

Location was convenient for what we wanted to do.
Negatives:
No staff at the desk at check in. The room had cobwebs. The bed was very hard and squeaky. There was not changing of towels and cleaning during our 2-day stay. Very poor value for the amount of money we paid. Will not return. Ever.
