the location of the property was perfect. It was easy to find. It was only 2 blocks from the medical facility we had an appointment at. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the reception in the evening and the made to order breakfast the next morning. Although it was close to the interstate, the room was quiet.
Negatives:
The only problem with the room/hotel was that we were on the 3rd floor and it took forever for us to get hot water in the shower and sink. We "wasted" a lot of water just letting it run until it got warm. We never really got hot water, but it was warm enough to take a shower. the water ran for more than 5 minutes before we got warm water. That situation needs to be corrected. Water is too precious to waste.

Room had marijuana buds on top of the refrigerator. The staff member was a complete rude, nasty, individual upon check in and failed to properly assist me when bringing room questions/issues to her. The bar staff was rude! Never returning.

Breakfast timing. 9:30 am is too early to close the breakfast service.

Breakfast was 20 min late on opening, there were no coffee cups out. No juice, toaster broken. In my room there were red stains and other stains on carpet. I was woke up at 11:30 and then again at 2;30 from people running and laughing in hallway.

Hi, i had specifically asked a room away from the kitchen/bar, without any smells, and yet despite not being half occupied, the room was just above the bar and i wake up by the bacon eggs smells at 6 am !
