Plumbing did not work in bathroom, sink was clogged and management did not move us to a different room. Kids hockey team took over hotel and staff did not control them. Wife slipped in elevator and could not use common areas.

Nice close parking. Was able to accommodate us with an adjoining room very close to the elevator. Lady at the front desk was very friendly (she was also the one that resolved a very simple issue in booking the adjoining rooms that the out of country call center could not figure out). Room was clean and comfortable. A/C worked great as far as temperature goes.
I absolutely love the location. It's right off the highway and has Shake Shack right behind it. Nice large parking lot.
Negatives:
Nothing serious at all this visit; just minor hiccups.
A/C control on the wall did not communicate with the actual A/C (not a big deal at all). Occasionally, the rooms have a slight weird smell, kind of like crayons. It's not nasty or bothersome, it's just there. Some of the electrical plugs are worn out and the power adapter doesn't make good enough contact to work (this rooms were much better than last year's).
