Negatives: The woman who checked us in should not be in customer service. Computer had to be turned on to check is in which took quite awhile to come on, could not find booking, wanted me to call booking.com, she didn’t quite know how to work the computer. She had to call someone to walk her through the process. Finally found the reservation after quite awhile. Even though we had been waiting for quite awhile, she took other customers in front of us before we were done. Finally got our key. Desk called room twice but the room phone wasn’t working. No linen in room for pull out. We ready ready for bed but they would not bring linen to room we had to go downstairs and get it. The store was wiped out, empty. Room was ok. Smelled musty. Needs to be remodeled but for price was ok for one night.

Negatives: The hotel room has hair from the previous visitor all over the bathroom, it didn’t look like the room has need cleaned prior to my arrival, and the AC unit didn’t work.

Negatives: Could smell some smoke on 2nd floor

Negatives: Room service and staff was not cooperative

Negatives: Property is not clean and the staff is not friendly. The room was not cleaned before we checked in. The coffee maker was dirty with previous coffee in it. Soap and shampoo bottles were empty. When we asked the reception to fill in the bottles, we were told that it won’t be done before our checkout and we were asked to buy our own toiletries. Never had such an experience with any other properties.

Negatives: Not enough kitchen items for cooking

Negatives: Poor communication. I had messaged them twice days before our arrival asking if we could check-in early since we had a game in Detroit. No one ever got back with uis. When we got there and asked a few hours before their check-in time of 4:00 pm, they said we could not check-in early because they had no rooms, but there was maybe 4 cars in their lot.

Negatives: Hard to find location. Lots of road construction making it hard to get into the hotel after have a hard time trying to find it. Morning staff opened up our door at 10am without knocking trying to clean it.. check out is at 11am..

Negatives: Air in bedroom was not cool, people above us made noise all night running around. No breakfast, no soap to do dishes, $150 deposit was high. Furniture in dining room was ripped, toilet seat needs changing immediately with peeling paint coming off of it, spider webs over table where you eat at,
