After an 8 hour day of volleyball we finally arrive to the property at 10:30pm, we were informed that they overbooked the hotel and didnt have our I booked and checked into via the app. Their solution was to separate my family into two separate floors, or find us another hotel that we could stay in. I asked about a curtsey phone call and he blamed booking.com. Zero discount was given for the room adjustment.
Get to a room, shower didnt drain, hallway smelled heavily of green smoke. The next morning, breakfast had no one cleaning or refilling, fancy bagel toaster was broke, fancy pancake maker was unattended, even with the sign that said employee only.
