I had bed bugs in my room, and I ve provided the staff with a sample that I kept in the cup, and I asked respectfully to change my room as it was too late to find else. I requested a full refund and the front said that the management would owner that. That wasn’t the situation in the morning as another front desk said the management will contact me and they will provide a 15% refund. Unprofessional

The hotel was very clean and affordable and had a coin-operated laundry room. I was also centrally located near restaurants.
Negatives:
Upon check-in, our bed was broken, and we had to squeeze on one twin bed until the next day. The attendant at the front desk said that he was the only one there, no one to fix it, and no other room to accommodate us.

There’s a pool although it wasn’t open when I visited. Really enjoyed the balcony. Provided Dove products.

Cleanliness of bathrooms can be a bigger priority but I didn’t feel like it was to the point of not staying. Ice machine has mold therefore there’s mold in the ice, do not recommend using the ice machine.
