I booked a king jacuzzi suite for 10 year anniversary upon checking in I get to my room without being told they no longer have jacuzzi suite after confirming my stay In a king size jacuzzi suite. I WAS STUCK TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT ACCOMIDATIONS IN YOUR PARKING LOT FOR ANOTHER HOTEL...NOT WHAT I WANTED TO DO ON MY ANNIVERSARY MY CARD WAS CHARGED AND I HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR MONEY TO BE REVERSED BACK TO ME.

Very comfortable rooms, convenient location. Included breakfast was more varied than the typical continental breakfast 'included' at other chains, with waffles, cereal, muffins, eggs and sausage, etc...
Negatives:
Renovations to the ground floor lobby area (scheduled to be completed the week before arrival, revised schedule suggests completion by the end of next month (July 2024)) made access, parking, breakfast, and check-in cramped and crowded occasions; construction related dirt and debris also detracted from the experience.
