Between Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Nov 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Detroit), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 29, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location, and size of the room for a king suite, but it was missing having a microwave.

Negatives: Only one elevator in service. We stayed in October 2023 and it was the same issue. They have 2 but only one in service and being that we were there on a Holiday, hotel had lots of people waiting for elevator was not fun. Also our bed was awful.

Positives: The breakfast was excellent! The serving staff were wonderful each morning! My favorite part about staying here is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Negatives: The elevator on the left wasn't working. In fact, in all of my stays at this hotel, I've never seen it work! :) The floors in the main hallway were dirty and the carpet is starting to show it's age. Time for a sprucing!
