Positives:
The location was good for what we were there for, to visit family. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice. Pool was good.
Negatives:
Bathroom had loose toilet seat and there was mildew in the grout and along the bottom of the wall. Also, light above the mirror did not work. Was pressed for time so had to open drapes and sit on the floor in front of the full mirror hanging on the door to put on makeup.

The hotel was comfortable and clean.
Negatives:
There was this Serbian or Croatian Eastern European family in the lobby when I was using the computer who were obnoxiously loud. Their two kids were out of control. The little girl took off her shirt and the Hit me with it. Later the boy destroyed the Lemonade glass container spilling all the lemonade on the floor. The parents just kept babbling loudly in their foreign language. I’d never seen such a display of boorish obnoxiousness in my life. They were a trip. It was one of those rare scenes where you thought you were on Candid Camera or that Rod Serling was going to appear from around the corner in “The Twilight Zone.”

Location was great. Breakfast was great with so many food options around they really did a great job to get you to stay with the food options.

Rooms could have been a little more clean but I also am OCD when it comes to that . Bed were really comfortable and clean!

Positives:
Check in was a breeze, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of clean towels for showering, check out was quick and easy
Negatives:
My neighbors had young children that were pretty loud first thing in the morning. I was up because of the children and not my alarm. That is not the fault of the hotel though, that is just how kids work. I have 4 of my own at home so I understand. Some things cannot be helped.

The lady who checked us in was very nice.
Negatives:
While the property is in an ice location, it is not a nice property at all. The elevator was disgusting it had old dried up spit on the wall. The hallways were very dirty with marks and scuffs on the walls and the floors were not vacuumed. The room itself smelled like old mop water and the beds were stained with urine and had no mattress protection. They also had dirty sheets and blankets on the beds.

The customer service was great - they were friendly and called you by name. The pool was warm and clean.
Negatives:
The beds are small - they need the option of Queen size. The house keeping isn't the greatest and a lot of garbage in the halls. We needed to ask for our room to be cleaned and the public washrooms needed attention.
